Improve stability surrounding core system functions, primarily being email forwarding, and queue processing.

• There were a few small terminology changes to the email templates used when sending out a PAL/PQL
• LendingPad integration now supports using the "Integration Email" field - used for DBA's that have different emails in PAM vs LP
• Migrated the queue processor out of the API to increase stability
• Implemented queue processor monitoring to get a better idea as to what is bogging it down from time to time
• We implemented mail forwarding loop mitigation to try and keep from instances where 2 email clients would infinitely forward mail to each other (feel free to reach out for additional clarification)
• Changed a few colors in the footer of the mobile app, and the contacts page of the mobile app to increase readability

• Fixed an issue with Closed/Canceled Loans & Leads showing with the default filter
• Fixed small styling issue with the "Send" button in the Conditions Notification modal
